Leqtique is a brand started by Shun Nokina in pursuit of "Reality" based on his experience at Shun Nokina Design etc. It features elite components like SND and thorough handmade construction, presenting a different world that goes far beyond "cost performance".

“Maestoso” (Aka MAT) is Leqtique's second release, following the discontinued MAR.
The development of this effect started by focusing on what we believe to be the most important modification points of the modified TS style that has become popular in recent years, or what is called the "TS series."
That means,

1. Increasing the range of gain and volume variations.
2. Recovering lost low end.
3. Use a high-speed operational amplifier (the heart of the camera) to ensure resolution.

There are three of them, and first of all, number one is more powerful than the currently existing TS series.

This, along with other items, allows you to enjoy a wide range of uses, from Clean Boost to Low Gain Overdrive to Hi Gain Overdrive to Distortion.

Regarding item 2, we have made the low end much stronger than other TS series, while also taking into consideration the establishment of the MAT character. The presence of a solid, thick core from low to low mid makes it possible to handle situations that could not be handled by the "midrangey" sound character that is synonymous with TS.

It also used the high-speed op amp OPA2134, which is almost always installed in high-end modified TS, but since the MAT, which has an even higher maximum gain range than those, caused it to become extremely unstable, this was solved by adopting the more high-end high-speed op amp AD712 from Analog Devices.
In the process, I was very pleased to find that the resolution was further improved and the texture of the distortion was softer than that of the OPA2134 (+ Sym LED Clip) type, and the individuality of the MAT itself was enhanced along with its unique elastic texture.

It is powered by a DC9-18V center negative adapter or a 9V battery.

*Please note that because MAT has a very large variable range for each control (especially Vol and Gain), turning them more than necessary may cause howling or excessive noise depending on the environment.
