By using BOSS's unique dual-stage overdrive circuit, which combines a two-stage amplification circuit and a diode clipper circuit, you can achieve rich gain and sustain that exceeds that of ordinary overdrives. This overdrive can be freely controlled to create anything from bright, crisp cutting sounds to fat, powerful low-string riffs and smooth, glossy lead sounds.
