JHS Pedals released the Panther Analog Delay in 2011, but after making some further improvements and downsizing it to half the size, which was thought to be impossible, we completed the Panther Cub two years later in 2013. In 2018, we tried again this difficult task and achieved another half-size with the Panther Cub V2.

100% Analog Bucket Brigade Technology
The Panther Cub V2 produces a dark, thick sound that will make any analog delay enthusiast drool, and allows you to set a delay time of up to 1000ms. It also features beautiful ambient modulation with a modulation control.

- 1000msec delay (max 1 second)
- 4 x 3205 BBD chips - Accurate on-board modulation even when using tap tempo

Extensive Onboard Control
The innovative Panther Cub Delay is one of the most attractive pedals in the JHS Pedals lineup, being an all-analog delay pedal with the very rare on-board tap tempo function, and a RATIO control to switch between four divisions: quarter, dotted eighth, eighth, and triplet, a function that has been available since the original Panther Delay in 2011.

- Soft-touch tap tempo switch - 4-position RATIO control (quarters, eighths, dotted eighths, triplets)
- LED flashes in sync with the delay time

External Tone-shaping Power
The control and tweakability of the Panther Cub goes far beyond what you can see onboard. You can assign the control knobs to remotely change settings with an expression pedal, control tap tempo externally, or even output the tap tempo set on the Panther Cub to sync with external gear.

- Dry (original sound) output is possible when outputting stereo (using a TRS splitter cable)
- Expression control that can be assigned to any function (Time, Ratio, Modulation control)
- Tap tempo control with external switch and tap input/output for syncing with other tap devices
