Warranty, return and exchange policy

PedalDig defines its product warranty and return/refund policies as follows:

Purchase Guarantee

The product comes with a product warranty that is in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty period. Please check the warranty card that comes with your purchase.
*Warranty cards cannot be reissued.

<Used>
A money back guarantee is included.
*Manufacturer's warranty is not included.

<Junk item>
Not guaranteed.

Returns and Exchanges

<Valid for 7 days after receipt>
We will accept returns at our expense only if the product delivered is defective or if the wrong product has been delivered.
Please contact us by email or phone within 7 days* of receiving the item so that we can assess the situation and provide you with information about refunds or exchanges.
*The "delivered date" based on delivery history will be counted as the first day.

<In case of exchange>
If we have the same product in stock, we will send you a replacement at our expense.
If the item is out of stock, we will exchange it for an item of equal value.

<In case of refund>
If you do not wish to exchange the item or an exchange is not possible, we will provide a refund.
Please see the "Refunds" section below for more information.

When returns and exchanges are not possible

We will not accept any returns or exchanges if any of the following conditions apply:

  • 販売ページで「未保証品」と掲載した商品
    (ジャンク品など)
  • 不具合と思われる内容が販売ページ内(画像・商品説明など)で説明されていた場合
  • お受取から8日以上経過した商品
  • 改造、特殊な調整などをご希望の場合
  • 電池など消耗部分の交換を要する場合
  • お客様により汚れや傷の生じてしまった商品
  • その他一切のお客様都合による返品

Shipping fees for returns

In the following cases, shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

  • メーカー保証を利用した修繕完了後、ご返送時に発生する送料
  • 返品された製品に特に異常が見当たらず、再度送り返しが必要となった、などの理由で発生する送料

Refund Policy

If we are able to confirm the return of all purchased items, including accessories, we will refund the full amount of the product (including sales tax) within 48 hours .

If you pay by credit card, the full amount of the returned item may be deducted at once due to the credit card company's closing date. In that case, the amount will be refunded by the card company on the settlement date of the following month or the month after.

If you use other payment methods, we will transfer the refund amount to your designated account after confirming your return.
*Please note that transfer fees will be borne by the customer.
